What happens to my client's website if the Tweak CMS goes down for some reason?
Tweak is maintained on a clustered system of servers in a Tier 1 facility so the likelihood that Tweak will go down is low, but should that ever happen, rest assured your clients' websites won't be affected. Whereas most CMS products actually host all websites right in the CMS (and if they go down all websites go down with them), Tweak is totally separate from the websites it manages. As a result, your clients' websites up-time isn't at risk. We think that's a lot of peace of mind!
Do you regularly backup the data in the Tweak CMS?
Absolutely. We do incremental backups throughout the day and full backups once per day. All backups are replicated off-site so that we're fully redundant.
What if my client decides to stop using the Tweak CMS? What happens to their website?
Not a thing. Your client's website can just keep on keepin' on wherever it's hosted. Tweak is a service that we hope is so valuable you and your clients will always want to use it, but if you change your mind, you'll still have the published version of the website. And since we don't do anything proprietary to the published site, it can still be manipulated old-school-style by jumping into the HTML.
What if I don't know how or don't want to program my client's website template?
No problem. You have a lot of options. You can hire a programmer you already know or contact Agency Fusion for a quote on getting your design cut and programmed.

Do you offer an installable version of Tweak?
We don't currently offer an installable version of Tweak.
How long has the Tweak CMS been in use?
The Tweak CMS has been in use since about 2000. It's now on version 4 and we're actively working on the next version. We're avid users of the system so we're always finding ways it can be improved.
